💡What is Neurodiversity?

Neurodiversity refers to the natural variation in human brain function and behavioral traits. It recognizes that neurological differences like ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and others are natural variations of the human genome rather than defects or disorders.

❤️Why it Matters

Understanding neurodiversity helps create more inclusive environments where all individuals can thrive. It shifts the focus from trying to "fix" differences to celebrating and accommodating them.
